Report Your Availability

The Texans schedule their participation in tournaments and events based on the projected availability and participation of players. Players are required to submit their availability (i.e. projected attendance) in advance for all scheduled games, practices, and team events.

Availability should be submitted by accessing the web based Player Availability Survey in writing or by e-mail, and players should provide availability updates as their personal schedule changes.

For each of the dates listed reply with “Yes”, “No”, or “Possible”. Reply for all weekends listed, even if your assigned team is not playing. This may provide you with the opportunity to play with one of our other teams on a particular weekend.

Providing this information is critical to maximizing the playing opportunity for you and your teammates. We understand that your schedule may change and expect that you will notify us accordingly.
