The Texans ran the 60 and took fielding under the watchful eyes of USA Baseball scouts and talent evaluators.  The Evaluators ran the players thru a specific fielding sequence designed to encompass nearly every fielding play (e.g. fly ball, ground ball, moving left, moving right, etc.) encountered during game action.  Also on day #1, Robert Psenka represented the Texans in the Home Run Hitting contest.  With a brisk wind blowing in from left, Psenka hit several deep balls into a large left field.  Because of the conditions, only 2 home runs were hit the entire day.
