Looking forward to seeing you out at the Five Tool Texas Houston Regional!  Below you will find details regarding Event Rules, Venue Policies, and the Final Schedule for the upcoming event. Please review all of the information and let us know if you have any questions. 

Tournament Structure:

ALL Five Tool Events in June of 2020 will be a 4 game round robin format. 

NO SEEDS, NO GUM ARE ALLOWED AT ANY FACILITY! 

NO SPIKES ARE ALLOWED AT PREMIER BASEBALL OF TEXAS OR COTTON SPORTS RANCH!

***PLEASE REMAIN IN FLATS UNTIL GAME TIME AT CONSTELLATION FIELD AND CARL BARTON JR. PARK***

AT PREMIER, CONSTELLATION AND CARL BARTON: NO OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINKS, OR SPECTATOR COOLERS ARE ALLOWED. PLAYERS NEED TO BRING WATER FOR THEIR OWN CONSUMPTION. 

• The event will be played at Premier Baseball of Tomball, Cotton Sports Ranch, Constellation Field, and Carl Barton Jr. Park. 
• Game times will be 2:00 hours or 7 Innings
• Each team is guaranteed 4 games
• Home team is decided by coin flip
• 3 balls will be provided at the beginning of each game. Teams are responsible for providing NFHS regulation baseballs from there. 
• EH & DH is allowed. Free substitutions.
• Pitch Counts and Innings Pitched are at the coaches discretion.  We will not be enforcing any pitching limitations. Please be responsible and understand we are just getting these kids back into a competitive environment.
• Each Field will have a site director that can assist you with any questions.
• Full Social Media coverage will be provided at every game!
• Ties: All Games can end in a tie after 7 complete innings or 2 hour time limit. 
• Tie Breakers: Head to Head, Runs Allowed, Run Differential (8 max), Runs Scored
• Run Rules are at 10 after 5
• High School Federation Rules will apply (Catchers can't wear skull caps. They must have ear protection).

Please notify families of the Weekend Gate Fee:

$5.00 daily per person

COVID-19 Precautions and Guidelines:

• All staff will be screened for symptoms and follow recommended health protocols to help ensure the safety of all participants.
• Staff areas will be designated for our film and gamechanger crew. Please have parents maintain a safe distance from these areas.
• Masks will not be required, but are recommended. 
• Provide notice to all parents and guardians of the enhanced risks of participants being in direct contact with anyone age 65 or older for 14 days after participating in a sport event or practice.
• Please don't enter the park if you are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness (Coaches, Players, Parents, and Staff).
• Perform a general wellness check on all players as they arrive.

We have had a large social media following in our first couple of events. Our guys are going to work hard to capture everything we can for these kids.

Attn:  18/17U Team:  We are scheduled to play at Constellation Field on Sunday.  Every player must have their parents sign this waiver to be able to play at Skeeter’s.  Please have each coach send this waiver and have it with them for their entire roster when they arrive at the park.  Each fan will also have to sign the waiver when they enter the stadium.  Remember, if the player is under 18, the parent must sign the waiver.
