Randal Grichuk Named to USA Baseball Youth National Team
(rev. 8/12/2007 8:03pm)
For
the second year in a row, a
Fort Bend
Texans
player has been named to USA Baseball Youth National Team. Randal
Grichuk (OF Lamar High School), who led the Texans and a national field of
players in the 2007 USA Junior Olympic Tournament (Jupiter, FL) in several
offensive categories (BA, HR, RBI), has been named to the roster.
Grichuk was one of only 36 players from across the nation invited to an
intense 10 tryout camp at the USA Baseball facility in Cary, NC.
